Youth volunteers of Vivekananda Kendra Delhi branch performed 10,000 Suryanamaskar in 40 minute

Youth volunteers of Vivekananda Kendra Delhi branch performed 10,000 Surya Namaskars in 40 minutes a day before International Yoga Day. Shri Nikhil Yadav, Prant Yuva Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra, Uttar Prant said that “This program was organized during the Sthanik Karyakarta training camp of Delhi branch of Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, in which more than 100 youth performed 10,000 Surya Namaskars together.

” The event was organized at M R V School, Dwarka Sector 13, Delhi. Every youth was given a target of doing 108 Surya Namaskars, in which almost all the volunteers were successful. These youth study in different colleges of Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and other educational institutions in Delhi.

Nikhil Yadav also said the participants included boys and girls who had come for the 5-day personality development camp at Vivekananda Kendra.
